No, we didn’t change allegiances—but to keep the peace at home, we’re paying homage to another proud fan base represented in the Brown household. We’re thrilled to introduce Eagles Nest and everything it stands for within the Eagles community.
This coffee earned its name from the team’s legendary summer training facility, used since the 1940s—a place that shaped players, built grit, and forged unforgettable seasons. Aged in a cider barrel, it carries a distinct, sweet aroma that reminds us of warm Apple Crisp and comfort on crisp fall days.

A portion of our proceeds from each purchase to SA Coffees goes straight to communities in Tanzania, Colombia, and Kenya toward medicinal supplies, clean water, and educational resources. We work with World Vision’s child sponsorship program to sponsor 3 children in these separate regions.
Meet Steve & Alicia
I started roasting coffee over 20 years ago as an enjoyable hobby (with a delicious product!)
My friends would try my roasts, and they encouraged me to start selling my coffee because they had never tasted anything so fresh. So I began my journey towards perfecting my roasts and providing coffee for many in my community in Northeastern PA. My wife Alicia has been supporting me every step of the way.
Educating customers on all things coffee is a treat - no pun intended! From understanding how to brew at home, to finding a coffee that best suits their palate, it thrills my heart to see customers prepare their coffee to maximize its flavor.
I am still personally involved with every customer's order to ensure that you receive the freshest, highest quality coffee you deserve.
I pride myself on shipping each order within 24-36 hours of roasting.
